Canceled Orders

Is there anything that can notify the employees if the order was canceled? For example, we received an order and the customer cancels it and places a new one close to the first but with slight changes and now we have 2 orders up.

If an order is cancelled, a second ticket should be printed showing the order number with the word CANCELLED at the top.

Thats what I would assume but nothing printed out. is there any troubleshooting steps for this?
