How do I get my DoorDash tablet credentials?

It is asking me to put my DoorDash tablet credentials when I click ‘Connect’ for DoorDash. Where do I get this information?

You can obtain your DoorDash tablet credentials in one of three ways:

  1. Contact DoorDash support.

  2. Sticker on back of DoorDash tablet.

  3. Check DoorDash tablet for stored credentials.

Contact DoorDash support

Contact DoorDash merchant support at (855) 973-1040. After answering some verification questions, they will provide you with your tablet credentials.

Sometimes, the tablet credentials can be found on the back of the DoorDash tablet, on a white sticker.

Check DoorDash tablet for stored credentials

  1. Turn on the DoorDash tablet.

  2. Click on the 3 horizontal lines (top left).

  3. Click on Settings.

  4. Scroll down. Click Logout.

  5. Click Sign into a different store.

  6. Your DoorDash tablet username and password will be shown.
