How to Manage Incoming Orders in OrderOut on Clover POS: Confirming or Denying Orders

We have the OrderOut app on our Clover POS system. It automatically prints tickets for orders, which is great, but how can we view and either confirm or deny the order?

Thank you for using OrderOut! Our system is designed to streamline the order process by automatically accepting all incoming orders and sending them directly to your Clover POS and printer. This means that orders are processed instantly without the need for manual confirmation, ensuring a smooth workflow for your business.

Currently, OrderOut does not offer an option to manually confirm or deny incoming orders, as all orders are automatically accepted once they’re received. Any modifications or special requests can be handled directly through your POS system or by coordinating with the customer if necessary, but these adjustments occur outside of the OrderOut system.
