I have deleted the OrderOut app from my Clover POS but still got charged

I uninstalled the OrderOut application from my Clover POS and still got billed for this month.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Please follow the steps below to successfully cancel your subscription.

  1. Sign into dashboard.orderout.co.

  2. Once signed in, click on ‘Billing’.

  3. Click ‘Cancel’ (top right corner).

Note: If you have an outstanding balance, it must be cleared before you can cancel.
