From our end, we have received a success message for the DoorDash connection, and we are both receiving orders and sending them to your POS system. We also observed a successful print job, signaling that we have effectively communicated with your printer and a receipt has been printed.

Our developers are investigating the issue further, and we will have an update for you as soon as possible.

I am also having same issue but with doordash orders only.

The last successful order I see on my end was placed by Cynthia J. on 4/22/24 at 12:00 AM. This order indicates a successful print job, meaning we communicated effectively with your printer. Additionally, the DoorDash integration is active. There are no error signs on your account. Please place a real order yourself to test if it is sent to the POS and printer correctly. If not, you can schedule a call with me here, and we will assist you in troubleshooting the issue.
