Haven't logged in since sign up and now can't access my account info etc

It logged me in to nothing basically. So frustrating, I cannot get a live person. I would like to access my account but it seems the red asterick area where everything auto fills once you select your restaurant, is asking for owner phone number because it doesn’t auto fill and I put mine in then I get a ER code 400. Same thing happened about 2 hours ago. The link for Live SUpport is grayed out. Dealing with a robot computer run computer, so frustrating.

Hi there — I checked on our end, and it looks like you already have an existing account with us.

I also see that the email on file is a Gmail address. On the sign-in screen, where it asks for your username and password, please click “Continue with Google” at the bottom and sign in using your Gmail address that starts with “ecs”.
