UberEats Menu Changes Not Showing After Integration

I’ve changed my Uber Eats menu items, and my Uber Eats integration is live, but the menu changes aren’t showing. Could you help resolve this?

This error usually indicates that another integration is linked to your UberEats account, which may override the OrderOut integration. Conflicting integrations can prevent menu updates from displaying and interfere with order management.
