Uber Eats Integration Completed but Orders Not Working

OrderOut told me that I don’t have the menu yet, but my Uber tablet has been working for 2 months. The question is, why should I have the menu in OrderOut? Can’t it just integrate with Clover and print the receipt? It seems impossible to enable Uber Eats without a menu. I think the app doesn’t work clearly.

To complete the Uber Eats integration with OrderOut, it’s essential to have a menu visible on the Uber Eats platform. Initially, your Uber Eats account was connected without an active menu, which prevented orders from being fully integrated.

After our onboarding representative assisted you, we ensured that your Uber Eats account included an active menu, enabling the integration to function as intended. Now, all Uber Eats orders should flow directly to your Clover POS and print receipts as expected.
