Since integrating my Clover POS and OrderOut with Uber Eats, I’m seeing an error message and can’t edit my menu due to user settings. I’d like to know how to regain full access to my menu and also want to proceed with canceling my OrderOut account.

This is a common situation. When you connect your Uber Eats menu with OrderOut, like any integration UberEats restricts menu editing through their Merchant Portal, as only one party can control the menu. With the integration in place, menu updates now need to be made within OrderOut’s Menu Manager at dashboard.orderout.co.
If you’d like to proceed with canceling your OrderOut account or need further assistance regaining full access, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your OrderOut account at dashboard.orderout.co.
- Go to the Billing section and select Cancel to initiate the cancellation process.
- Once canceled, you should regain full control over your menu in the Uber Eats Merchant Portal.
