Clover POS Menu Not Showing After Import for Uber Eats Integration

I am unable to see the menu that should be imported from my Clover POS. It isn’t showing up at all after connecting. What should I do?

OrderOut does not directly import your Clover POS menu. Instead, we retrieve the menu that’s already set up on the delivery platforms, like Uber Eats. This means we rely on the menu you’ve created and uploaded on Uber Eats, which is then reflected in your OrderOut dashboard for editing and management.

If you’re seeing issues with your menu display, please log into your OrderOut dashboard, navigate to the ‘Menus’ section, and ensure the Uber Eats menu is selected and active.
