Why Can’t I Access My Uber Eats Menu on the Merchant Portal After Integrating with a Third-Party Aggregator?

Yesterday, we requested to stop the integration of OrderOut with Uber Eats, but Uber Eats support says we’re still integrated. I cannot access my Uber Eats manager account to make updates. Can you help?

Hi tinanghiem!

When you integrate your Uber Eats menu with an aggregator like OrderOut, UberEats restricts direct access to menu management in the Merchant Portal. This means that OrderOut (or any aggregator) manages your menu updates, allowing you to handle everything from a single platform rather than adjusting each connected service individually.

In your case, since your menu is connected through OrderOut, you would need to make any edits via the OrderOut dashboard, where you can easily update prices, items, and other menu details. This limitation is set by Uber Eats to avoid conflicts, as only one party can control the menu at a time.

To fully restore access to your UberEats Merchant Portal, we can request Uber Eats to remove the integration. We have already initiated this request and CC’d you on the email to Uber Eats support. Please monitor your email for any updates from Uber Eats regarding the disconnection process.

If you have further questions or need more assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team by email or phone.
