Resolving Uber Eats Menu Synchronization Issues with OrderOut

I have created two sections on the OrderOut menu, titled ‘Lunch Specials’ and ‘All Day Menu.’ However, on the Uber Eats app, these are displaying as ‘OLO-PICKUP 11:30AM-2:30PM’ and ‘OLO-PICKUP 11:30AM-2:30PM.’

The hours of operation I set for these sections on OrderOut are correctly configured. For the All Day Menu, it’s set to 11:30AM-2:00PM and 4:30PM-9:00PM, due to break times. Could you help ensure that my OrderOut settings reflect accurately on Uber Eats?

The display of ‘OLO-PICKUP’ on Uber Eats suggests that there may still be an active Clover native integration. To avoid synchronization issues, please ensure that only one integration is in place. The OrderOut integration with Uber Eats must be the sole active connection, as simultaneous integrations can cause conflicts.

Once the Clover Direct integration is fully removed, your menu section names and hours of operation set in the OrderOut dashboard should reflect accurately on UberEats. To confirm this, update the hours directly on OrderOut and monitor the UberEats app for the expected synchronization.
