Why Aren't Menu Updates Reflecting on UberEats After Syncing with Clover?

I synced my Clover menu and Uber Eats, but when I change a product’s availability on Clover, it still appears on Uber Eats. I tried deleting and reuploading my menu on OrderOut, but it didn’t help. How can I fix this?

When you make an item unavailable on your Clover POS, it does not automatically update on Uber Eats. Changes in your in-store menu settings on Clover do not impact the display on Uber Eats. To update item availability on Uber Eats, you’ll need to make adjustments directly through the OrderOut dashboard. Here’s how:

  1. Access the OrderOut Dashboard: Log in and go to the ‘Menus’ section on the left panel.
  2. Edit Menu Availability: Select the ‘Edit Menu’ option, then locate the category of the item you want to update.
  3. Uncheck Item Availability: Find the specific item, uncheck the availability box, and save your changes.
  4. Publish the Menu: After making updates, click ‘Publish Menu’ in the top right to ensure the changes reflect on Uber Eats.
