How to Transfer OrderOut to Your New Clover Station
If you’ve gotten new Clover station, here’s a clear guide to transferring OrderOut to your new device.
Step 1: Uninstall OrderOut from Your Old Clover Station
- Go to App Market on your old Clover device.
- Search for OrderOut in the app list.
- Click on the three dots next to OrderOut and select Uninstall.
Step 2: Download OrderOut on Your New Clover POS
- On your new Clover POS, open the Clover App Market.
- Search for OrderOut and download the app to your new station.
Step 3: Configure Printer Settings on the New Device
- Open the OrderOut app on your new Clover POS.
- Go to Printer Settings, select your printer, and save the settings to ensure orders print correctly.
Step 4: Sign into the OrderOut Dashboard
- In a web browser, visit dashboard.orderout.co and log into your OrderOut account with your existing credentials.
Step 5: Reconnect Your New Clover POS in OrderOut
- Once logged in, go to the Integrations section on the left sidebar.
- Find Clover POS and click on Connect to link your new Clover station with OrderOut.
