On Clover, I have two printers—one for the counter and one for the kitchen. How do I get orders to print to both?

To set up multiple printers on your Clover POS so orders can print to both the counter and kitchen, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure Both Printers are Selected in OrderOut: Open the OrderOut app on your Clover POS system.
  2. Go to Printer Settings: Within the app, navigate to the Printer Settings section.
  3. Select Your Printers: Make sure both printers (counter and kitchen) are selected for order printing.

I’ve adjusted the settings on our end to ensure both printers are active for your location. Once these settings are confirmed, your orders should print to both designated printers as needed.
