If you’re looking to connect your Wix restaurant ordering system to OrderOut using the latest version of our integration, here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get set up correctly. This process ensures that new orders placed on your Wix site are automatically sent to your POS system through OrderOut.

How to Connect Wix to OrderOut

  1. Log in to your Wix Dashboard
    Start by accessing your Wix account and opening the dashboard for the restaurant site you want to connect.

  2. Go to Settings
    In the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on Settings.

  3. Click on “Restaurant Orders (New)”
    This section manages the newer version of Wix’s restaurant ordering capabilities.

  4. Set Up an Automation
    Under the Restaurant Orders (New) section, locate the Automations panel and click + New Automation to begin.

  5. Choose the Trigger
    For the automation trigger, select:

  • Restaurant Orders (Wix) as the service
  • Order Created as the event

  1. Add an Action
    Click the + icon to add an action to your automation.

  2. Select “Send HTTP Request”
    Choose Send HTTP Request from the list of available actions. This allows Wix to notify OrderOut when a new order is placed.

  3. Enter the Webhook URL
    In the webhook settings, paste the following URL exactly as shown:
