Hi, I have not been able to connect with DoorDash. Can you help me with this?

To connect DoorDash to your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in: Go to dashboard.orderout.co and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Integrations: In the dashboard, find and click on the “Integrations” section.
  3. Select DoorDash: Click “Connect” next to DoorDash.
  4. Enter DoorDash Details: You’ll be prompted to enter your DoorDash store URL and tablet credentials.

For finding the URL and credentials:

  • Look at the back of your DoorDash tablet for a label with login information.
  • Alternatively, you can access these credentials through the DoorDash Order Manager app on your tablet.
