Invalid URL when connecting Order Out & Doordash

we are having problems connect our doordash on order out because the URL is “invalid” has anyone had this problem before? If so, how did you solve the issue?

I tried searching for your restaurant on DoorDash.com as a customer, using your city and restaurant name, and I’m not able to find your storefront at all.

This usually means one of two things:
• Your DoorDash store is not live yet, or
• DoorDash has the store set to invisible / inactive on their side

If DoorDash hasn’t activated the store publicly, OrderOut won’t be able to connect it yet. We need a public storefront link (one we can click and see the menu) in order to onboard your DoorDash account into OrderOut.

I’d recommend reaching out to DoorDash support to confirm your store’s status and make sure it’s live and visible to customers. Once you have a storefront link and the menu is publicly accessible, we’ll be able to proceed with the OrderOut onboarding without any issues.
