How to Resolve DoorDash and Grubhub Integration Issues in OrderOut

I’m trying to connect my DoorDash integration and run a test print, but it’s failing. Is there a way to resolve this? I’m also having issues with Grubhub integration.

Currently, users have the ability to independently toggle the Uber Eats integration on and off. For DoorDash, Grubhub, ChowNow, and Wix integrations, our support team handles activation. We’re working on updates that will allow you to self-manage these integrations, making it easier for you to toggle them on and off directly in your dashboard.

If you’re seeing a message like ‘Waiting for live order’ next to DoorDash or Grubhub, it means your integration is pending activation by our team. In the meantime, please reach out to our support team by email or phone, and we’ll promptly activate the integration for you.

For test print issues, please ensure that your printer is correctly connected to the Clover POS system and configured within OrderOut. Once integration is activated, you should be able to run test prints and receive orders seamlessly through DoorDash and Grubhub.
