My tickets aren’t printing from DoorDash or Uber Eats. How can I resolve this issue?

If your tickets are not printing from DoorDash or Uber Eats, here are a few steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
- Check Printer Connection: Verify that your printer is connected and online. You can do this through the Printers app on the Clover POS.
- Select the Correct Printer in OrderOut: Ensure that the correct printer is selected within the OrderOut application on your Clover POS. This setting is essential to direct the orders to the intended printer.
- Confirm Print Job Status: On our end, the last print job is showing as “true,” indicating successful communication with the printer. If the issue persists, try rebooting both the POS and the printer to re-establish the connection.
