If your Grubhub orders are not printing, please make sure that your Grubhub tablet is turned off. Grubhub requires that restaurants using third-party integrations, like OrderOut, keep their Grubhub tablets off. If Grubhub detects that orders are being confirmed through the tablet instead of through the integration, it may automatically pause order processing at your location.
