Hi, Grubhub receipts were working fine on my Clover POS, but yesterday they stopped, and now it says ‘Waiting for Live Order.’ Can you please help?

The ‘Waiting for Live Order’ status typically indicates that your Grubhub integration is pending activation. Grubhub has a policy of launching new integrations exclusively on Tuesdays. Your integration is scheduled to go live on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.

What to Do Next:

  1. Wait for the Scheduled Launch Date: Your Grubhub integration is set to go live on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. After this date, OrderOut will manage your Grubhub orders directly through your POS system, eliminating the need for manual acceptance via the tablet.
  2. Avoid Accepting Orders via the Tablet: Once the integration is live, orders will automatically route through OrderOut. Manually accepting orders on the tablet can cause Grubhub to pause your store, disrupting the integration.
