Let’s Say I need 20 minutes for a Fresh, made from scratch pizza and 30 minutes for a more elaborate dish… How do I change the time for prepping for each item?
The preparation times are set at the menu level. We recommend using an average. So, in your case, if it takes 30 minutes to prepare some dishes but 20 minutes for others, we would recommend setting an average prep time of 25 minutes.
