Please disconnect integration - CAN’T MAKE MENU UPDATES

Please Please remove all integrations. I spoke to someone on the phone already who said they have to call UberEats so they can release our menu.

This is crazy how UberEats allows a 3rd party app to hold your menu hostage until the release the API connection rather than letting us disconnect completely ourselves.

As per Uber Eats email response, your store is currently connected with Otter POS, not OrderOut. Otter is the one controlling the menu. If you have any questions regarding your menu access on the Uber Eats portal, please contact Otter.

I’ve forwarded you the email from Uber Eats so you can have it as a reference.

I have never used or heard of Otter in my life.
