UberEats Synchronization Issue

I have created two sections on OrderOut menu, which is titled “Lunch Specials” and “All Day Menu”. On the UberEats app, its showing as “OLO-PICKUP 11:30AM-2:30PM” and “OLO-PICKUP 11:30AM-2:30PM”.

The hours of operation I set for the two sections are showing up correctly. FOr the All Day Menu, its 11:30AM-2:00PM and 4:30PM-9:00PM due to break-time.


The menu section name ‘OLO-PICKUP’ on Uber Eats indicates that you are using, or have used, the Clover native integration. OrderOut and any other integration cannot operate simultaneously, as it will lead to problems. Therefore, the Clover direct integration with Uber Eats must be completely removed.

Once it is removed, updating the hours from the OrderOut dashboard should proceed without issue, and they will accurately reflect on your Uber Eats menu.
