I recently uninstalled the OrderOut application from my Clover POS but still got billed for this month. I thought deleting the app would stop the charges. How do I cancel my subscription entirely to ensure there are no future charges?

Uninstalling the OrderOut app from your Clover POS does not automatically cancel your subscription. To ensure your subscription is fully canceled and to avoid any future billing, please follow these Steps:
- Sign in to your OrderOut account at dashboard.orderout.co.
- Once logged in, go to the ‘Billing’ section.
- Click on the ‘Cancel’ option located in the top right corner.
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process, which should take about a minute.
Note: If you have an outstanding balance, it must be cleared before you can fully cancel your subscription.
